STORY: Two Magpies Bakery introduces new app duo

Independently owned café and bakery group Two Magpies Bakery has introduced two new apps that will allow the company to create stronger links with its loyal following and elevate the customer experience.

After expanding its reach across Suffolk and Norfolk over the last 10 years, Two Magpies Bakery has now set its sights on technology to boost customer loyalty by joining two coffee apps: Embargo and Gratudo.

Two Magpies’ customers will now be able to pay for their coffee in a new way with Embargo; the app acts as a digital stamp card, allowing customers to collect loyalty stamps and earn rewards. It can also help locate the nearest coffee shop with the store finder, making it easier for coffee enthusiasts to get their favourite drink wherever they are.

In addition to rewarding its customers, the coffee group is the first to market to use the app Gratudo to gain customer feedback, which will help build the future of Two Magpies and its ability to make changes that its customers want to see.

“Our focus over the last ten years has been building cafes that customers want to visit time and time again, as well as offering delicious handmade bakes. We have always put customer service first and bringing these apps on board is the right investment to take the company forward,” comments Yasmin Wyatt, operations director at Two Magpies Bakery.

“This is just the beginning of technological advancement for Two Magpies and we hope to one day have our own branded app that will deliver the very best customer experience for our loyal and existing customers."
