WHICH WICH LANDS LONDON FRANCHISE BOOST
WHICHWICH.CO.UK
Texas-born sandwich chain Which Wich has signed a new multi-unit franchise agreement in London as it looks to accelerate its UK expansion and strengthen its presence in the capital.
The deal will see several new outlets launched across London, with a focus on high-footfall locations such as busy high streets, transport hubs and major retail centres, as the brand targets rapid urban growth.
The agreement forms part of a wider UK strategy for the fast-casual operator, which is aiming to build regional clusters of stores and scale its footprint beyond its existing sites in London and Cardiff. The brand is also exploring additional opportunities in cities including Bristol, Swansea and Glasgow as part of its longer-term rollout plans.
Which Wich, known for its customisable “Wich” sandwiches and build-your-own format, first entered the UK market in 2018. Since then, it has been steadily expanding through franchise partnerships, with London remaining a key growth market.
Alongside store expansion, the company has also been developing strategic partnerships, including a collaboration with Seattle’s Best Coffee, as it seeks to broaden its offering and boost customer footfall in new locations.
The latest franchise agreement is expected to support further momentum for the brand as it continues to scale its UK operations and compete in the growing fast-casual sandwich sector.
