STORY: Creams Café has record October
Creams Café, the UK’s leading 90-strong dessert café brand, is celebrating a record-breaking October, with over £4m recorded sales across the estate.
The pandemic caused a change in consumer spending, particularly for Creams, with its delivery channels skyrocketing nationwide and accounting for 50% of total sales from April to October this year, versus just 21% in 2019 for the same period.
Adam Mani, CEO of Creams, said: “It’s been a really tough year for everyone, so to see Creams perform so well makes me incredibly proud.
"Despite the challenges of Covid-19, the majority of our stores have remained open and, determined to make the best of the situation, we pivoted our business, offering a seamless online experience for delivery and Click & Collect. It’s a real testament to the team’s hard work that we’ve achieved such exceptional sales.”
