STORY: GAIL's launches autumn menu

GAIL’s Bakery has launched its new autumn menu, which is dedicated to the craft of baking.

It said the menu reflects the changing seasons, with new additions including its first smoked salmon bagels, nade with Goldstein’s smoked salmon, GAIL’s schmear and pickled pink onions on a plain bagel through to its Babka (pictured), which is made with 50% offcuts and trimmings from its croissant pastry, and is available as a slice or loaf. 

This autumn also sees the return of the GAIL's baked cacklebean eggs with buttered sourdough soldiers through to the soufflé egg and cheddar slider. The full menu is available to view online.
