STORY: CSM Ingredients releases celebratory summer recipes

To mark the forthcoming summer months, CSM Ingredients is launching its ‘Great Summer Of Celebrations’ recipe collection.

The new two new recipe books are designed to help bakers create a range of summer themed products so their customers can 'celebrate everything that makes summer so special'.

The new recipes range from Fondant Fancies to Blackberry, Almond & Oat Farmhouse Minis, Mini Victoria Sponges and Rose Cupcake as well as new Arkady Multiseed Gold recipes for creating bread products.

The recipes are available here and will help bakers extend their summer rages and drive sales from existing and new customers.

Economies of scale

“We developed the new recipes to help bakers expand their product offering as we head into the summer months," says CSM Ingredients' marketing director of pastry mixes Cristiana Ballarini. 

"The high quality, delicious range... is designed for eating al fresco, and weather dependent, inside too!  Visually they are designed to have appeal on the counter as well as catching the eye on social media channels.

"The toppings and fillings colour schemes tap into the summer trends. We also wanted to ensure they offered economies of scale by using mixes that can be used throughout the year.”
