Leading bakery ingredients supplier, Kluman & Balter is celebrating 100 years of bakery innovation. Originally founded in Essex as a family business in 1923, the company was passed  down through four generations, before being acquired in 2017 by Brenntag.

Since then, Kluman & Balter has expanded with the addition of a multi-million-pound high-tech delivery hub and development centre in Manchester, allowing national delivery across the UK.

Offering a range of over 1,500 products, it attributes its success to its outstanding team and their passion to delight customers with high quality ingredients. The centenary marks a huge milestone in the company’s history, which has over the years seen them at the forefront of bakery innovation.
