University College Birmingham to host bakery networking day
University College Birmingham (UCB) has launched an informal networking event, taking place from midday on 27 May 2022, bringing together professional members of Bakery, Patisserie and Associated Industries.
The event, which is free to attend, aims to increase networking and links across the sector, and will expose UCB’s graduating Bakery & Patisserie Technology degree students to the professional bakery industry.
The four-hour event will be held in the university's flagship eatery, The Restaurant @ UCB, where drinks and hot buffet lunch will be provided.
