STORY: Patisserie Valerie unveils new Signature Collection of cakes

Patisserie Valerie has unveiled its new summer Signature Collection of cakes, which are available for nationwide delivery.

With seven handmade designs, from modern ombre effect to two-tier rosette cakes, there’s something for every special occasion, including weddings, birthdays, baby showers and garden parties.

Each cake within the Signature Collection can be ordered with vanilla sponge with a strawberry compote filling, or chocolate sponge with a chocolate cream filling. For a complete celebration in a box, customers can include free personalised inscription, or add glitter cake toppers, candles, or balloons.

Floral Waterfall Cake – Serves 22-24 (£85)
Five layers of sponge coated in  shades of lavender and lilac Swiss meringue buttercream with intricate rosettes and sugar pearls falling around the cake. 

Chocolate Floral Waterfall Cake – Serves 22-24 (£85)
Five layers of chocolate sponge filled with dark chocolate cream, coated with shades of chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with hand-piped chocolate rosettes and golden sugar pearls.

Pink & Gold Leaf Marble Cake – Serves 22-24 (£85)
A cake embellished with edible 24-carat gold leaf and salted caramel and rose macarons, atop five layers of soft sponge.

Two Tier Fresh Berry Cake – Serves 16-20 (£75)
A  two-tier cake topped with fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. 

Blue or Pink Ombre Rosette Cake – Serves 16-20 (£75)
Two tiers in shades of blue or pink buttercream with delicate hand-piped roses and ombre stripes.

Naked Blossom Cake – Serves 22-24 (£85)
Five layers of sponge coated in Swiss meringue buttercream and finished with crafted sugar flowers including cherry blossom, white clematis and pink spring blooms.
